Remember the last time you were in a waiting room, at least one with TVs. Commercial-after-commercial-after...visuals that don't connect with you. Closed captioned doesn't make them more interesting because you still want to match a face to the words they're saying.
Point-of-Care is a brand's last moment to reach their target audience right before they talk to their doctor. And POC placement is specific for that reason.
